! We found our diamond in the rough property and she worked EXTRA hard to make our wishes come true!! I can’t speak highly enough about Stephanie!! She was so communicative, quick to respond, and VERY accommodating with our search for the perfect place to build our future kith and clan. We were first time buyers, new to the area, and she pulled out all the stops to drive down the unpaved, dusty roads leading to properties that “checked all our boxes” (or as many as she could find!!) We ended up with our dream land with perfect southeastern Texas charm and personality and all the most important comforts we were looking for already in place there (5+ acres, no restrictions, water, sewer, and electric available). Major bonus: a cleared area but lots of pristine woods with a stream that meanders through it!! Plus a fenced in small paddock and lean to for livestock someday soon—we’ve started with chickens and can’t wait to be able to give back to the community with farm fresh local eggs!!
